The Indian Institute of Learning & Advanced Development - INLEAD, an endeavour of Primordial, and a partner of the National Skill Development Corporation, Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, in association with its Australian education partners, has launched an Australian Healthcare Bridge Program (AHBP) to provide trainings to Indian youth on Australian Level-III Certifications; English language skills; on-job-trainings related to the selected job-profile; and cultural orientation, to help the enrolled students qualify for employment in Australia and secure sponsorships to join designated sponsoring employers across specific role profiles in the Australian Healthcare industry.
INLEAD AHBP is a training program enabling qualified nursing professionals to further their skills and qualify for working full-time in a professional environment in Australia while paving the way for shaping, developing and transforming their career and aspirations! Professionals who complete AHBP have an opportunity to secure an offer of employment from designated sponsoring employer! This program accepts youth between 21-35 years of age holding B.Sc. Nursing or ANM/ GNM Diploma from a recognized institute approved by the nursing council of the home country & 2-years of relevant work experience.
